What is the project about?

Kariera.Hub Project is a comprehensive plan to establish a start-up company in the field of human resource management.

Our goal is to create an innovative digital platform that serves as a central professional hub for job seekers and skill development.

Innovation

Innovation is at the core of our project. Through our platform, companies and recruiters will have access to a user-friendly interface where they can search for and select the right candidates based on specific criteria.

At the same time, candidates will have the opportunity to evaluate selection and recruitment processes, potentially shaping the labor market.

To complete the establishment of the professional hub, we will provide professional development programs for individuals and integrated solutions for businesses. Our aim is to address the challenges faced by both employers and employees in today’s rapidly evolving work environment.

Retraining and upskilling are essential for individuals and organizations.

Roles now require more technology skills, while soft skills remain highly sought after.

30% of knowledge and skills are depreciated every year.

#5 Unemployment

Greece faces high unemployment rates, particularly among women (15%) and young people (28,5%).

Our project aims to contribute to reducing unemployment and providing opportunities for these groups.

According to the Medium-term Fiscal Strategy Program next year unemployment will be 13.2%.
