These terms apply to use of this website; separate products and professional engagements may have separate agreements.

Content is general professional and informational material. It does not automatically constitute legal, financial or medical advice, an individual recommendation, an offer to enter a binding consulting engagement or a guarantee of a particular outcome. Consider your circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form or booking a conversation initiates communication or schedules a discussion. It does not by itself create a paid service contract, guarantee acceptance of a project or establish a professional engagement. Scope, deliverables, fees and other engagement terms are subject to a separate agreement where applicable.

Provide accurate details and submit only information you are entitled to share. Availability may change and confirmations or notifications may be delayed by technical/provider issues. Use the supplied management facilities for rescheduling/cancellation and contact us if you need help. Keep booking management links private.

The website design, original text, graphics, images, videos, branding, Signals articles/publications and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law and belong to Elias Kalyvas or the relevant rights holders. Third-party trademarks and materials remain their owners’ property.

A link does not make this website responsible for the third party’s operation, content or promises. Review the applicable terms before using a separate service.
