“My Mentor” is a unique mobile application dedicated to empowering individuals in their professional and personal development. The app’s design aligns with the user’s needs and guides them based on their preferences. It is an innovative application aiming to provide users with a seamless experience tailored to their unique interests and aspirations. The goal is to inspire users on a daily basis with positive perspectives and cultivate a supportive learning environment.
“Training Spark” was initiated in response to the lack of a platform for training cognitive skills. It is an ambitious effort to highlight and genuinely educate individuals in demanding human skills: understanding, perception, and critical thinking. The comprehensive course, “The Path of Leadership,” introduces learners to leadership skills. Video lessons are complemented by activities in the “Leaders” community, including work assignments, questionnaires, and open discussions. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certification of attendance.
The Active Mind Program is an innovative Learning & Development program. A holistic educational mentoring system for individuals and groups. The program is based on the combination of methodological tools from neuroscience and metacognition. It focuses on the threefold recognition, understanding and improvement. Its structure is divided into three stages and can be customized to the needs of each person or organization. Its philosophy is to respond to different requirements and objectives.
The Kariera.Hub Project is a comprehensive plan for the creation of a start-up company, in the fields of human resource management and IT. Building the ground-breaking digital platform using AI will be a central business hub for reverse search – job finding and skills training.
